Job summary

You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while ensuring accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related mental health field required.
• Current Florida Social Worker licensure required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication, crisis intervention, and treatment planning skills.
• Experience working with behavioral health and substance abuse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
