Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs is seeking a Social Worker to advocate for individuals and families facing complex challenges.

You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling and crisis intervention, and connect clients to resources alongside a multidisciplinary team. You will bring a Master of Social Work, AR licensure, and CPR certification, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• MSW degree required or equivalent professional qualification.
• Licensed in Arkansas (AR) for Social Work upon hire.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and develops a care plan with an interdisciplinary team.
• Educates patients and families on resources and guidelines to access them.
• Handles concerns promptly and directs to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Communicates with physicians and hospital staff regarding discharge progress.
