Responsibilities

Plans, implements and organizes social work resources and evaluates and provides treatment regarding mental health issues for patients, linkage to resources in the community.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work (Required)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) strongly preferred
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required; Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required for facilities with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED); AED availability preferred for facilities without an AED
• Current Driver’s license
• This MSW Social Worker works 8:00am to 4:30pm. There are weekend rotations with a weekday off which is applicable to all staff.
