Job summary

Concordia University Wisconsin seeks a qualified applicant for a full-time (12-month) faculty program director position in the Master of Social Work (MSW) Program, housed within the School of Health Professions at the Mequon, WI campus. The successful candidate will lead teaching, mentoring, and program leadership to advance CSWE accreditation and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in Social Work or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience as a practicing social worker.
• A record of accomplishment in teaching, research and service in higher education appropriate to the rank of Associate Professor or Professor.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor MSW students with inclusive instruction and CSWE competency alignment.
• Lead MSW program planning, scheduling, enrollment management, and admissions review.
• Ensure CSWE accreditation through self-study, timelines, and guidelines.
