Job summary

Pacific University invites applications for the MSW Program Director in Forest Grove, Oregon. This 12-month, in-person, tenure-track leadership role oversees the Master of Social Work program, ensures CSWE accreditation compliance, and guides curriculum, assessment, and student success.

The successful candidate will lead faculty and staff, manage the program budget, participate in accreditation activities, and represent the program within the university and the community.

Qualifications

• PhD or DSW from CSWE-accredited program.
• Oregon LCSW/LMSW eligibility and licensure pathway.
• 5+ years of higher education experience in CSWE-accredited programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for faculty, staff and practicum education personnel.
• Lead curriculum review, assessment, and accreditation activities.
• Develop and monitor the MSW program budget.
• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate administrative personnel.
• Represent the MSW program in university governance and external communities.
• Support student learning, advising, and outcomes assessment.
