Job summary

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in Benton, AR seeks a Mobile Assessment Representative to conduct clinical screenings for physician review and to network with referral sources to ensure ongoing care for patients across ages.

The role emphasizes timely, thorough assessment with required consents, collaboration with the Director of Business Development, and active participation in marketing duties to promote Rivendell’s behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Arkansas market for behavioral health.
• Valid Arkansas Driver’s License required.
• Working knowledge of levels of care as related to psychiatric, emotional, or behavioral problems is required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a representative for Rivendell Behavioral Health Services to establish referral relationships with hospitals, clinics and community partners.
• Assists in marketing events, conferences, social media and marketing campaigns as directed by the Director of Business Development.
• Follows PHP and IOP referrals from call, assessment, and admission processes to ensure timely completion.
• Develops and executes a strategic plan for designated territory to improve referrals and education about Rivendell's programs.
• Completes required assessment documentation and consents prior to patient arrival for admission.
• Participates in marketing duties and activities as assigned.
