Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas in Benton, AR seeks a Mobile Assessor Representative to develop referral relationships and collaborate with the Director of Business Development. You will conduct clinical screenings for physician review and coordinate with networks to ensure continuity of care.

The role emphasizes marketing activities, timely documentation, and collaboration with teams to expand access to behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults.

Qualifications

• LICENSE REQUIRED: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field.
• Experience in the behavioral health field and marketing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of levels of care as related to psychiatric, emotional, or behavioral problems is required.
• Knowledge of the Arkansas market for behavioral health.
• LICENSE REQUIRED: valid ARKANSAS Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a representative for Rivendell Behavioral Health Services to establish referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community partners.
• Assists in implementing marketing projects, conferences, social media, and campaigns as directed by the Director of Business Development.
• Ensures PHP and IOP referrals progress through the admission process in a timely, seamless manner.
• Develops strategic plans for designated territory to improve communication with referral sources and the community.
