Job summary

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in Benton, AR seeks a Mobile Assessment Representative to conduct clinical screenings and build referral networks with community providers. You will support admission processes, manage marketing initiatives, and coordinate with the Director of Business Development to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field.
• Experience in the behavioral health field and marketing preferred.
• Working knowledge of levels of care related to psychiatric, emotional, or behavioral problems.
• Knowledge of the Arkansas market for behavioral health.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Rivendell representative to establish referral relationships with hospital services.
• Assist with special events and marketing projects (conferences, social media, campaigns).
• Follow PHP and IOP referrals and ensure timely admissions.
• Develop and execute weekly strategic plans for territory to educate referrers and the community.
• Ensure complete assessment documentation and consents prior to patient arrival.
• Participate in marketing duties and activities as assigned.
