Qualifications

• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Registered Nurse Licensure (RN).

• An advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements is preferred.
• A minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience is preferred.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Current Handle with Care training and Verbal De-escalation training offered at the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments.
• Guide/monitor staff in day-to-day processes.
• Interface with referral sources and community service agencies.
• Ensure compliance with quality patient care standards.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Director.
