Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in Benton, AR is seeking a Mobile Assessment Representative to build referral networks and conduct clinical screenings for physician review. Responsibilities

• Act as a Rivendell representative to establish referral relationships and explain admission criteria.
• Assist with events, marketing projects, conferences, social media and campaigns as directed.
• Follow PHP and IOP referrals from call to admission with timely, seamless processing.
• Develop weekly strategic plans for designated territory to improve referrals and education.
• Complete Part 1 assessments and obtain informed consent before patient arrival.
• Participate in marketing duties and activities as assigned.

In collaboration with the Director of Business Development, this position will be responsible for

conducting clinical screenings for review by physician in an effort to assist referral sources in the community. The Mobile Assessment Representative will also do networking to ensure continued care of children, adolescents and adults as well as to ascertain quality of services provided by the hospital.

Job Duties

• Acts as a representative for Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in personal contact and exhibits to establish referral relationships for the hospital and its services and programs. Familiar with admission criteria, cost, and programs at the facility in order to accurately represent the facility to clients.
• Assists in the implementation of special events and special marketing projects as directed by the Director of Business Development to include assisting with conferences, supply orders, social media, and any of our marketing campaigns (TV, digital marketing, email marketing, as directed by DBD.
• Follows and assures completion of all PHP and IOP referrals from the call, assessment, financial and clinical approval and admission. Assures each step of the process is completed in a timely, seamless manner.
• Develops and completes strategic plan for designated territory on a weekly basis to improve communication and education for referral sources and the community regarding programs and services at Rivendell.
• Thorough documentation and completion of Part 1 of the assessment, all required consents for admission and other related documents. Ensures that the completed assessment and all signed consents are received at Rivendell in a timely manner and prior to the patient's arrival for admission.
• Participates in marketing duties and activties as assigned.
