Qualifications

• Enrolled in a CSWE accredited Master of Social Work (MSW) program.
• Completion of foundation-level coursework.
• Eligible for advanced field placement (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare administration and behavioral health systems.

Responsibilities

• Shadow department leadership in daily operational activities.
• Participate in strategic planning discussions and goals.
• Assist with data collection, dashboards, and reporting.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects and analyses.
• Support program development, workflows, and policy drafting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership.
• Assist with staff training materials and supervision.
• Present findings to hospital leadership at internship end.
