Job summary

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist with medication management processes.

• Administer medications, including injections and vaccines, as permitted and supervised.
• Learn and apply standing medical orders and clinical protocols.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team environment supporting youth care.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment grounded in the Sanctuary Model (safety, emotional intelligence, open communication, and social learning).
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in alignment with healthcare standards.

Gain Hands-On Experience in Residential Nursing

We are seeking a Nursing Intern to support our Residential Nursing team serving youth in mental and behavioral health stabilization programs.

In this role, you will gain hands‑on clinical experience in a residential treatment setting—working alongside nurses, clinicians, and a multidisciplinary team. You’ll learn how to support medication management, assist with health assessments, and contribute to a safe, structured environment for youth with complex needs.

This internship is ideal for students pursuing a career in nursing with an interest in pediatric or behavioral health settings.

Schedule & Compensation

12–18 hours per week (flexible based on academic schedule)

• Paid internship: $14.00/hour

What You’ll Learn & Do
