Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives cases from investigators after children are removed and placed in CPS conservatorship.
• Determines child needs and refers for testing, evaluations, or services.
• Plans for child's permanency with families and kinship resources.
• Maintains contact with parents, family, and legal parties to progress permanency.
• Participates in court hearings, prepares reports, and testifies as needed.
• Keeps all stakeholders informed about progress and changes in the case.
