Job summary

Children's Home of Northern Kentucky is seeking a Therapist for Multisystemic Therapy to empower families and youth aged 12-17. You will implement MST, build skills, and improve family interactions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes training in MST, flexible scheduling, and entry into a supportive program with extensive clinical supervision, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in a trusted community organization.

Qualifications

• MSW (or closely related degree/LPCA/LMFT) required.
• Kentucky license required; LCSW/LPCC/LMFT preferred.
• Two years’ experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid/MCO billing or ability to become eligible.
• Experience with MST or evidence-based family therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model with families.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client and family context.
• Engage caregivers, family members, supports, and community staff in treatment.
• Participate in weekly case planning and progress evaluation.
• Receive ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
• Support 24/7 on-call coverage as part of the team.
