Job summary

Careers @Evidence-Based Associates seeks an MST Supervisor to lead and support MST teams delivering intensive, evidence-based services to youth and families. This role focuses on developing staff, supporting work with youth and families, and driving outcomes while maintaining fidelity to the MST model.

The supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight for 1–2 MST teams, guiding therapists and ensuring proper caseloads, referrals, and collaboration with MST Experts to uphold fidelity

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Must have licensure (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT) or two years MST experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to ensure quality care and MST fidelity.
• Guide clinical work using the MST analytic process and support effective interventions with families.
• Manage referrals and caseloads (5–6 families per therapist) and ensure timely family engagement.
• Build relationships with community partners and maintain alignment with MST standards and Medicaid requirements.
