Job summary

Evidence Based Associates seeks an MST Supervisor to lead and support multiple MST teams serving youth and families in the community. The role emphasizes staff development, clinical oversight, and fidelity to the MST model in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting in Auburn, Alabama.

You will supervise 1–2 MST teams (2–4 therapists each), guide therapists through MST fidelity processes, manage referrals, and collaborate with MST Experts to ensure ongoing program development and high-quality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Must be fully licensed (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT) or have two years of MST experience.
• Experience working with youth and families with complex behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to ensure quality care and adherence to MST principles.
• Guide clinical work using the MST analytic process and support effective interventions with families.
• Manage referrals and caseloads (5–6 families per therapist) and ensure timely family engagement.
• Build relationships with community partners and maintain alignment with MST standards and Medicaid requirements.
