Job summary

Evidence-Based Associates seeks an MST Supervisor to lead and support MST teams delivering intensive, evidence-based services to youth and families. The role focuses on clinical leadership, staff development, and fidelity to the MST model in a community setting.

The supervisor provides oversight to 1-2 MST teams, mentors therapists, and ensures alignment with MST principals and Medicaid requirements, while managing referrals and maintaining appropriate caseloads.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Must be fully licensed (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT) or have two years of MST experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to ensure quality care and MST fidelity
• Guide clinical work using the MST analytic process
• Manage referrals and caseloads (5-6 families per therapist)
• Develop relationships with community partners and MST Experts
