Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Must be fully licensed (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT) or have two years MST experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to ensure quality care and MST fidelity.
• Guide clinical work using the MST analytic process.
• Manage caseloads and patient engagement across 1–2 MST teams.
• Collaborate with MST Experts to maintain model fidelity and develop staff.
