Job summary

Evidence Based Associates seeks an experienced MST Therapist to deliver Multisystemic Therapy to youth aged 12–17 and their families in Denton County. You will work within a team, provide evidence-based interventions, and coordinate care with schools, agencies, and community resources to create lasting behavioral change.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a human services field, Texas licensure, and enrollment in MST trainings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, sociology, social work, or other human services field that meets LMSW/LPC-Associate/LMFT-A requirements.
• One year of counseling experience preferred.
• Requires current licensing from the state of Texas and attendance at MST orientation and booster trainings.
• Background checks per TAC and HHSC guidelines; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessments with referral info and engage key participants.
• Engage primary caregivers in change-oriented treatment.
• Develop and implement MST treatment plans and review outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and comply with MST Principles and Analytic Process.
• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST methods; collaborate with teams and services.
