Job summary

Emergence Health Network in Texas seeks a Multi Systemic Therapy Associate Therapist to deliver community-based MST for youths and families involved in or at risk of criminal activity, using evidence-based methods and coordinating with caregivers and partner agencies.

Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field; Texas LPC-A or LMSW licensure; driving license; no MST experience required as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or related behavioral field.
• Experience with trauma-informed services; DBT; motivational therapies including incentives (preferred).
• No MST experience required; MST training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, identify participants, and analyze problem behaviors within the ecological context.
• Collaborate with families, youth, and community agency staff.
• Inform caregivers and participants to overcome engagement barriers and enable change.
• Implement MST program processes: conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention, review, and revision.
• Maintain clear documentation for supervision and review.
• Coordinate with relevant systems to secure buy-in and cooperation.
• Participate in weekly team supervision and consultation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
