JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an MSR Executive Director within the Home Lending Risk team to develop and execute risk management disciplines where risk and return are balanced in decision making.

You will oversee independent risk, manage and approve new or existing extensions of credit and review counterparty risk from potential investments. You will lead MSR portfolio initiatives, communicate with executive leadership, and collaborate with analytics and loss-forecasting teams to identify

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years in Risk Management, Capital Markets or related oversight in financial services.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to edit executive-level communications.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to collaborate and build partnerships; analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment; knowledge of risk assessment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee bulk MSR acquisitions, sales and servicing portfolio initiatives.
• Evaluate MSR pool selections using loan-level analysis and concentration risk assessments.
• Monitor performance for MSR purchases, sales, sub-servicing and flows; provide executive visibility.
• Partner with analytics and loss-forecasting teams to evaluate risk-return tradeoffs.
