Job summary

Magna5 is seeking a Tier 2 Systems Engineer in our Bristol, PA office to handle escalated issues, perform advanced troubleshooting, and support managed services clients. You will work with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams to ensure stable, secure environments and contribute to documentation and SOPs.

The role emphasizes customer service, cross-team collaboration, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced MSP setting with 24/7 support operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, systems administration, or MSP/help desk (Tier 2).
• Strong Windows Server/Desktop, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO experience.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin tasks and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support via phone, tickets, and remote tools; own incidents to resolution.
• Administer Windows servers/desktops and Microsoft 365 services; assist with networking devices.
• Monitor client environments, perform routine maintenance, and participate in projects.
• Mentor Tier 1 staff and document SOPs, while maintaining strong client relationships.
