Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills across internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles with a consultative approach.
• Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to assess needs and recommend sourcing strategies.
• Leverage procurement platforms to facilitate requisitions and client workflows.
• Document and relay data to Supply Chain teams and stakeholders.
• Schedule interviews and assist with bill-rate negotiations to stay market-competitive.
• Ensure adherence to processes, documentation standards, and timely fulfillment.
