Job summary

Custom Computer Specialists is seeking an Operations Coordinator – Managed Services to support the MSP order-to-billing cycle. You will review orders, coordinate fulfillment, and ensure revenue data is accurate in NetSuite, while collaborating with Finance and sales teams to keep cycles on track.

The role requires 2+ years in a related field, strong ERP/NetSuite experience, excellent Excel skills, and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

2+ years in an operations, administrative, or revenue/billing support role, preferably in an MSP, IT services, logistics, or distribution environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with MSP billing / PSA and revenue tracking platforms a plus.
Strong Excel and quantitative / analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Reviews sales orders and ensures entries are complete before processing.
Performs day-to-day fulfillment tasks and keeps orders moving toward completion.
Tracks revenue and billing data; supports month-end reconciliation.
Maintains MSP order, fulfillment, and cost data in NetSuite.
Coordinates with Inside Sales, Finance, and buyers to keep MSP order flow on track.
Provides ad-hoc reporting and assists with monthly revenue forecasting.
