Qualifications

• Desktop and server support experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012r2/2016/2019 and AD/DNS/DHCP.
• Experience with Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Proficiency with virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware).
• Networking skills including VLANs, routing, and firewall management.
• Ability to document processes and provide end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, document, and implement systems including desktops, servers, network equipment, phones, and software.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; manage hardware/software resources.
• Participate in automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with the Service Manager, Account Managers, and clients.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs; train end users.
