LSG Sky Chefs in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Cold Food Production Associate to assemble and plate meals for airline clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment. The role requires the ability to stand, bend, lift, and move; shifts may include overtime; open availability is noted.

You will follow recipes and diagrams, maintain quality and safety standards, and work on schedule with a 40-hour week at $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No prior airline catering experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented production environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and move throughout the shift.
• English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plate food items according to provided diagrams ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Prepare ingredients for sandwiches, salads, entrees and other menu items following established recipes and portion guidelines
• Maintain food quality, freshness and presentation standards
• Follow strict sanitation and food safety procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail
• Wear required personal protective equipment
• Work assigned schedules including overtime as needed
• Follow instructions and production diagrams accurately
• Support team members to ensure operational success
