Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Cold Food Production Associate to prep, assemble, and package cold items in a controlled environment. You will work a 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift, with days off based on seniority and availability.

The role requires working in temperatures below 30°F for 8+ hours and adherence to USDA, FDA, and HACCP standards. Prior food production experience is preferred, and uniforms/meals are provided by some sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper food temperatures and accurate labeling.
• Keep work areas clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and production guidelines.
• Support efficient workflow in a fast-paced production environment.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work in temperatures below 30°F for 8+ hours per shift.

Job Summary

The Cold Food Production Associate is responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging cold food items according to company quality and safety standards. This role requires working in cold environments (below 30°F) for extended periods.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Days Off: Vary based on seniority-driven shift bids
