MSP IT Engineer (Level 2) Hybrid Hazlet, NJ $60,000 - $75,000

We’re working with a growing Managed Services Provider that partners with clients across industries ranging from retail and restaurants to nonprofits and government. Their focus is on emerging and complex technologies, and their engineers are consistently trained and supported to stay sharp with the latest certifications.

Must have MSP experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide remote and onsite support to end users across diverse industries
• Troubleshoot desktops, networks, and operating systems
• Work with Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Server 2012–2019, AD, M365/Google Workspace)
• Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations and projects
• Deliver excellent client communication and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior MSP experience (required)
• Strong troubleshooting with Microsoft, AD, and cloud environments
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• A self-motivated problem solver who enjoys helping end users and working as part of a team
• Salary: $60K–$75K (commensurate with experience)
