CHG Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Implementation Manager, MSP to own end-to-end MSP client implementations within ECS Operations. You will coordinate with Locumsmart leadership and CHG divisions, driving successful delivery with executive-level clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in program management or client implementation, healthcare staffing, and familiarity with VMS platforms. Travel ~25%+; flexible, non-sales focus with potential for ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare staffing, locum tenens, or MSP/VMS operations.
• Familiarity with VMS/contingent workforce platforms, ideally Locumsmart.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Experience planning and executing projects or programs with concrete delivery examples.

Responsibilities

• Own MSP implementations end to end from kickoff to delivery.
• Create and manage the implementation project plan with client and CHG stakeholders.
• Report milestones and progress to executives; raise red flags or identify wins to replicate.
• Direct internal teams and hold them accountable to the plan.
• Gather MSP implementation requirements from clients and ensure buy-in.
