CHG Healthcare is seeking an experienced Sr. Implementation Manager, MSP to own end-to-end MSP implementations for Health Care Organizations. You will coordinate across CHG divisions and Locumsmart leadership, managing kickoff, delivery, and milestones with executive stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in program/project management, with client-facing experience, and familiarity with VMS platforms. Travel ~25%+ and flexible work options are part of the package.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, client implementation, or account management, ideally within healthcare staffing, VMS, or MSP environments.
• Prior experience in healthcare staffing, locum tenens, or MSP/VMS operations preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Must be able to demonstrate experience planning and executing projects or programs with specific delivery examples.

Mansioni

• Own MSP implementations end to end once a contract is verbally agreed upon with client, coordinating across CHG divisions and Locumsmart leadership through kickoff and ongoing delivery.
• Partner with the client to create the implementation project plan and ensure proper execution.
• Report on milestones and program progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Direct internal stakeholders on what needs to happen for each MSP implementation and hold them accountable to the plan.
• Travel as needed to support client implementations, estimated at 25% or more based on client request and need.
