Job summary

van den Boom & Associates LLC is seeking a Field Engineer to provide hands-on, in-person technical presence at client sites within the vdBA SecureOps practice. You will handle deskside support, hardware installs, and on-site troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on Meraki networking and MSP workflows.

Ideal candidates will come from an MSP background, demonstrate excellent communication, and be comfortable traveling locally to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple clients/environments in an MSP setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional client interaction.
• Hands-on expertise with Meraki networks, Windows/macOS endpoints, and MSP PSA/RMM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site technical presence at client sites with deskside support and hardware installs.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networking across client environments.
• Provide Windows/macOS endpoint support, including provisioning, patching, and security baseline enforcement.
