ComTec Solutions LLC is seeking a Director of Managed Services to lead our customer-facing MSP organization. The role oversees service delivery, technical operations, customer satisfaction, and departmental results across multiple external customers in a fast-paced MSP environment.

The Director will develop the team, drive efficiency, standardization, automation, and profitability while collaborating with Sales and leadership to identify opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in managed IT services or outsourced tech services.
• Minimum 5 years of MSP experience.
• 3+ years of managing service-delivery teams responsible for multiple external customers.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership and direction for ComTec's Managed IT Services organization.
• Own service delivery performance and customer experience across the MSP base.
• Establish and monitor key operational metrics (SLA attainment, response/resolution times, backlog, utilization, customer satisfaction).
• Maintain staffing levels and capacity based on demand and growth.
• Develop standards, procedures, and best practices for scalable service delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing IT professionals.
• Lead department budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on performance and risks.
