Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an MSP Program Billing Analyst to ensure timely processing of timesheets and invoices via the VMS system, and to resolve provider and client inquiries with a customer-focused approach.

The role covers the entire weekly pay/bill cycle, including timesheet/expense entry, integration processing, audit against client billing rules, and invoicing for hours, travel, and subsidies, while maintaining SOX controls and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience processing timesheets and invoices in a VMS environment.
• Ability to audit timesheets and expenses against client rules.
• Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills.
• Customer-focused with timely response to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of weekly pay/bill cycle completion including timesheet and expense entry into the VMS tool.
• Manage timesheet integrations and exceptions in the VMS system.
• Audit all timesheets/expenses against billing rules.
• Invoicing all customers for hours, travel, bonus, and housing subsidies.
• Distribute invoices per customer requests.
• Process adjustments (debits/credits) in the VMS tool.
• Research and resolve billing inquiries with timely responses.
• Maintain documentation for processing cycles and SOX controls.
• Collaborate with MSP Operations and client contacts to optimize the client experience.
