Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare seeks a proactive MSP Program Billing Analyst to ensure timely and accurate processing of timesheets and invoices through the VMS platform, and to resolve provider and client inquiries with first-class service.

You will own weekly pay/bill cycles, audit timesheets and expenses, generate invoices for hours worked, manage adjustments and reporting, and support SOX controls while collaborating across MSP Operations to optimize client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years’ billing experience, preferably in staffing.
• MSP/VMS staffing industry experience is highly desired.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience with strong attention to detail.
• Strong client facing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly pay/bill cycle for accurate timesheet and expense processing.
• Enter timesheets and expenses into the VMS tool from various sources.
• Audit timesheets and expenses against client billing rules.
• Invoicing customers for hours worked and other revenue including travel and housing subsidies.
• Process adjustments, debits and credits, and related inquiries.
• Maintain documentation for processing cycles and support SOX controls.
