Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an MSP Program Billing Analyst to ensure timely and accurate processing of timesheets and invoices through the VMS tool, while delivering exceptional customer service to providers and clients.

You will own the weekly pay/bill cycle, audit timesheets and expenses, generate invoices including travel and housing subsidies, and resolve billing inquiries with a focus on accuracy and SOX controls, within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years' billing experience, preferably in staffing.
• MSP/VMS staffing industry experience desired.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience with detail orientation.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly pay/bill cycle and ensure error-free processing.
• Process timesheet & expense entries into the VMS tool and manage integrations.
• Audit timesheets/expenses against client billing rules.
• Invoicing for all hours, travel, bonuses, and subsidies.
• Distribute invoices per client requests and handle inquiries promptly.
• Maintain documentation and perform SOX/Internal Controls.
• Develop reports and queries for weekly processing and research.
