Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an MSP Program Billing Analyst to ensure timely and accurate processing of timesheets and invoices through the VMS platform, resolving client inquiries with a high level of service.

The role emphasizes accuracy, SOX controls, and collaboration with MSP Operations. Responsibilities include end-to-end weekly pay/bill cycles, timesheet entry and integration, invoice distribution, and data reconciliation using Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years' experience in billing, preferably in the staffing industry.
• MSP/VMS staffing industry experience is highly desired.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated analytical sense with excellent attention to detail.
• Client facing and strong relationship-building experience.
• Proven aptitude to execute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail- and task-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the error-free completion of the weekly pay/bill cycle.
• Enter timesheets and expenses into the VMS tool from various sources.
• Process timesheet integration and manage integration exceptions.
• Audit timesheets and expenses against client billing rules.
• Invoicing for all hours worked and other revenue including travel, bonus, housing subsidies.
• Distribute invoices per customer requests and manage adjustments in the VMS tool.
• Perform SOX and internal key controls; maintain processing documentation.
• Reconcile data and run queries/reports for weekly processing and inquiries.
