Job summary

Northeastern Illinois University is seeking a MSNEP Student Support Specialist to work with the Executive Director, coordinators, faculty, students, and university offices to manage processes for recruiting, enrolling, registering, graduating, and licensure. Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for prospective and admitted students pursuing MSNEP and licensure.
• Communicate with students, applicants, program faculty, and collaborating institutional units.
• Maintain accurate records related to students and program requirements.
• Assist with scholarship and workforce credential paperwork and processes.
• Support recruitment initiatives and organize events for graduate enrollment.
• Coordinate with program coaches/mentors and university offices for information sharing.
• Assist with day-to-day MSNEP program operations and special events.
