Job summary

East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) is seeking a Registered Nursing Instructor (MSN required) to join our adult education program at the Main Campus. The RN Instructor will teach in classroom and laboratory settings and supervise clinical experiences.

Responsibilities include curriculum alignment, student assessment, and maintaining accreditation standards while promoting excellence in patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Two years of RN experience providing direct patient care.
• Current Arizona RN license or multi-state privilege to practice in Arizona.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Proof of all current immunizations/titers.
• Proof of negative PPD or negative Chest X-ray.
• Negative 10 panel drug screen within 48 hours of job offer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing education in classroom and laboratory settings, and supervise clinical experiences at assigned sites.
• Foster critical thinking, clinical judgment, and professional development in students.
• Maintain curriculum alignment with program outcomes, accreditation standards, and workforce needs.
• Participate in ongoing evaluation and enhancement of the nursing curriculum.
