Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is a doctoral degree with APRN certification.
• Two years of full-time clinical nursing experience required.
• Registered nurse licensure in Illinois or eligibility with application in process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as academic leader of the MSN program and manage day-to-day operations.
• Design and revise the program curriculum with faculty and the Department Chair.
• Recruit and train adjunct faculty; coordinate program assessments and SLOs.
• Represent the MSN program in College and University matters and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate budgetary issues and ensure curriculum/website updates.
• Collaborate with Admissions for course scheduling and faculty assignments.
• Respond to student concerns and provide advocacy and support.
