Job summary

Top Echelon LLC seeks a visionary nursing education administrator to lead the MSN program (MSN-Ed and MSN-FNP) at our Irvine campus. You will oversee curriculum design, accreditation readiness, and faculty development while strengthening practicum partnerships with healthcare facilities.

You will drive student success via data-informed admissions, progression, and support strategies, and contribute to program assessment and scholarly activity. This is a senior, on-site leadership role.

Qualifications

Doctorate in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
MSN with specialization in Nursing Education and/or Family Nurse Practitioner.
Unencumbered CA RN license (or eligible); FNP certification/licensure if applicable.
Minimum of three years in graduate-level nursing education.
Strong background in program administration, curriculum development, and leadership.
Working knowledge of CCNE and BRN accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership and oversight of the MSN program (MSN-Ed and MSN-FNP).
Direct curriculum design, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with CCNE standards and California BRN regulations.
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty across tracks.
Advance student success through data-informed admissions, progression, and support.
Establish clinical partnerships and practicum networks for FNP and MSN tracks.
Lead program assessment and report on outcomes and institutional effectiveness.
Teach graduate nursing courses as needed and contribute to scholarship.
