Qualifications

Two years minimum of clinical nursing practice.
Active RN license in state of residence (APRNP track requires APRN licensure).
For APRN track positions, at least five years of full-time direct patient care as an APRN.
For NEL/NED tracks, experience in nursing leadership/administration or nursing education.
Graduate-level teaching experience required.
Online teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, lead, and teach courses in the MSN program.
Collaborate with MSN and SON faculty to align curriculum with CCNE Essentials and national standards.
Maintain communication with program leadership regarding course operations and student concerns.
Engage in program governance, course review, and curriculum enhancement.
Support student progression and preparation for national certification eligibility.
