Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Mobile Service Technician. The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for the timely repair and maintenance of light and medium duty fleet gas and diesel vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation. Aerial hydraulic experience is preferred for maintenance on bucket trucks.

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay $33/hr-40/hr (depending on experience). Paid weekly, every Friday!

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle records and report both manually and on a computer.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on light and medium duty vehicles.
• Conduct safety inspections and prepare safety documentation.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Inspect and work on the under parts of vehicles.
• Access any area of the vehicle to perform maintenance.
• Move parts to and from the job site and install or remove parts on vehicles.
• Maintain general upkeep of the Mobile Service Truck.
• Respond to off-site client requests as needed.
• Interact with clients via email and phone.
• Perform other duties as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 5 years’ experience in vehicle maintenance or auto/diesel tech diploma from an accredited school.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Fleet Management Systems, and Email.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Own hand tools & toolbox.
