Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday, plus on-call rotation

General: Responsible for ensuring orders are properly filled, staged, and ready for delivery, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and delivering, setting up, educating patients, and picking up DME equipment and pharmaceuticals within an assigned geographical area.

Reports To: Distribution and Warehouse Manager or Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Fulfills, stages, and quality checks orders for timely delivery.
• Packages and labels outgoing UPS deliveries.
• Maintains warehouse and work area cleanliness and organization.
• Assists with warehouse activities as needed.
• Acts as a point of contact between departments for customer inquiries regarding orders or stock.
• Supports warehouse development and organization initiatives.
• Assists with purchasing activities as needed.
• Coordinates with the Dispatch Coordinator to plan the best daily delivery routes.
• Loads staged orders for delivery and unloads equipment upon return.
• Provides courteous, sincere, and patient service to customers, including orientation and problem-solving.
• Completes and returns delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with HME delivery is a plus.
• At least 21 years old with an excellent driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; a team player.
• Neat personal appearance.
• Good physical condition, able to lift up to 160 pounds.
• Must pass the Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) test.
