Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MSAT Engineer Co-op to join our Manufacturing Science and Technology team located in Wilson, NC. The MSAT Engineer Co-Op will report to the MSAT Engineer.

J&J is expanding our manufacturing capacity with bold investments, and this role supports process validation and technology transfer in a state-of-the-art bioprocessing facility. You will draft protocols, execute validation studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely project

Qualifications

• US work eligibility (no sponsorship needed)
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Minimum GPA 2.8
• Must be enrolled at accredited university/college for entire internship
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Draft clear validation protocols and summaries per procedures
• Support validation studies with data collection and review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and investigations
• Coordinate MSAT activities with contractors and vendors
• Complete required training to support responsibilities
• Participate in cross-functional MSAT meetings and document actions
