Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Process/Project Engineering Co-op located in Wilson, NC. This role supports the development of a new large molecule drug substance manufacturing site and offers a comprehensive learning experience.

You will collaborate with the process engineering team, team leads, project engineers, and external vendors to build a strong engineering foundation, improve project management, and gain hands‑on experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS or MS in engineering with GPA 2.8+.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute engineering documentation, procedures, and test plans.
• Demonstrate basic project management skills.
• Collaborate with process engineering team and vendors.
• Assist in data gathering, entry, and documentation.
• Support project timelines and reporting.
