Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Reliability Maintenance Technician Co-op located in Wilson, NC. This Co-op role supports the development of a new large molecule drug substance manufacturing site, offering a comprehensive learning experience.

You'll collaborate closely with the process engineering team, team leads, project engineers, and external vendors. Dive into biopharmaceutical manufacturing, build a strong engineering foundation, and gain hands-on experience in maintenance and project

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of maintenance systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and executing documentation supporting equipment operation and maintenance.
• Demonstrate understanding of Maintenance System governing Utilities and Production process.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Understand instruments and their use supporting maintenance equipment process.
• Implement tools for measuring, tracking, and improving standards compliance.
• Demonstrate communication and collaboration skills across functions.
• Assist in developing maintenance plan for equipment inspection and testing.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documents.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting of systems supporting production processes.
• Help document processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support project managers in coordinating and tracking project activities.
