Job summary

Takeda seeks a senior MSAT systems leader to own the lifecycle of PLM, ELN, and CPV software, driving strategy, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement across sites. You will partner with DD&T and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions and measurable value realization.

Lead governance, roadmaps, and data integration to enable a unified digital backbone for lifecycle knowledge in MSAT, manufacturing, and quality contexts.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering or life sciences with ~10 years of pharma/biotech MSAT/process engineering experience.
• Proven experience as a business owner or product owner for digital systems.
• Strong understanding of MSAT processes and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the business lifecycle of MSAT systems from strategy to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Define requirements, governance, and metrics; align roadmaps with MSAT/Manufacturing/Quality/R&D needs.
• Partner with DD&T to translate business needs into scalable solutions and prioritized releases.
• Ensure adoption and integration of systems across MSAT sites, driving value realization.
