Job summary

ATI seeks a forward-thinking professional to support mission-critical digital engineering and manufacturing ecosystems across the Forged Products business in Wisconsin. You will blend systems integration, product engineering, engineering management, and process optimization to ensure readiness in a complex product lifecycle using Siemens PLM applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Digital Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years in systems integration and lifecycle enablement through engineering apps, datahubs, and ERP.
  • 5+ years developing digital product definition and management using CAD/CAM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional enablement with diverse teams to identify inefficiencies and scalable solutions.
  • Drive process transformation by automating workflows across the digital product lifecycle.
  • Oversee technology stewardship and PLM architecture alignment with standards.
  • Curate and harmonize digital assets to ensure reliable information flow across domains.
  • Lead system integration efforts to converge multiple platforms into a cohesive ecosystem.
  • Provide operational leadership for safety, compliance, training, and workforce enablement.
  • Coordinate with project teams to resolve bottlenecks and accelerate delivery outcomes.
