Job summary

IMPAXX, a Medicare compliance company serving the Property/Casualty industry, seeks a MSA Solutions Analyst to join the MSA Production team. You will review complex claim and medical records, prepare future medical cost projections, and allocate Medicare Set-Aside reports while researching guidelines and ensuring accuracy.

This role reports to the Sr. Team Leader, MSA Division, involves collaboration with multiple internal teams, and requires 3–5 years of workers’ compensation or liability

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience with workers’ compensation or liability claims.
• At least one relevant educational or professional background (JD, paralegal, claims management, MSA experience, or nursing with RN).
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to project treatment protocols and costs.
• Ability to research Medicare guidelines and interpret regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records and claim documents to prepare allocation reports.
• Prepare future medical cost projections and Medicare Set-Aside allocations.
• Research Medicare coverage requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate file documentation and communicate exposure and mitigation opportunities.
