IMPAXX is seeking a MSA Solutions Analyst to join our remote USA team. The role focuses on reviewing medical records, producing future medical cost projections, and Medicare Set-Aside allocations for the MSA Production team. The position emphasizes analytical rigor, regulatory research, and precise data handling.

Reporting to the Sr. Team Leader, MSA Division, you will collaborate with the Coding Team, Clinical Director, and other internal groups.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience with workers’ compensation or liability claims.
• At least one relevant educational or professional background (e.g., Juris Doctor, paralegal certificate, claims management, MSA Analyst experience, or nursing with RN license).
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; ability to evaluate claim files and project costs.
• Ability to research Medicare guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and data presentation.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading, and numerical presentation skills.

Responsibilities

We provide nationwide settlement and compliance solutions designed to help clients resolve claims more efficiently, maintain compliance, and manage settlement costs. Core services include Medicare Set-Aside arrangements, MSA administration, lien resolution, structured settlements, and Mandatory Insurer Reporting.The MSA Solutions Analyst prepares future medical cost projections and Medicare Set-Aside Allocation reports for the MSA Production team. This role reviews complex claim and medical information, researches Medicare and jurisdictional guidelines, identifies potential mitigation opportunities, and provides responsive support to customers and internal IMPAXX teams. The position reports to the Sr. Team Leader, MSA Division, has no direct reports, and requires no travel or business driving.
